Vegetable Sandwich Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 small onion
3 small cucumbers
3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
3 small carrots
Preparation

Grate vegetables; drain well.
Mix mayonnaise and cream cheese together.
Add well drained vegetables.
Add a dash of salt and red pepper.
Spread on your favorite bread.
