Foolproof Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. water
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 3/4 c. shortening
Preparation
    Put into measuring cup and set aside.
    Mix water, eggs and vinegar.
    Blend in mixing bowl flour, salt, sugar and shortening. Pour water, egg and vinegar mix over dry ingredients.
    Mix into a ball.
    Can store in plastic bag in refrigerator or use now.
