Creamy Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 medium potatoes or 3 lb.
1 c. diced celery
1 medium onion, diced
1 tsp. salt
3 c. water
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. cornstarch
4 Tbsp. butter
3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1 c. cream
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. chopped parsley
3/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Peel and dice potatoes.
Add 3 cups water, onion, celery, 1 teaspoon of salt and 1/8 teaspoon of pepper.
Bring to boiling point.
Reduce heat and simmer 20 to 25 minutes.
