Barbecue Sauce For Meats - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. chopped onions
2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. margarine
2/3 c. vinegar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 qt. tomato ketchup
4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
2 c. water
Preparation

Brown onions and celery in margarine.
Add remaining ingredients.
Simmer for 15 to 30 minutes.
This sauce can be stored, frozen or canned for future use.
Yields 4 quarts.
Makes delicious barbecue spareribs.
