Special Lemony Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. unsifted flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    6 skinned boneless chicken breast halves
    1/4 c. margarine or butter
    1/4 c. ReaLemon lemon juice from concentrate
    8 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced (about 2 c.)
Preparation
    In plastic bag, combine flour, salt and pepper.
    Add chicken, a few pieces at a time; shake to coat.
    In large skillet, brown chicken in margarine until golden brown.
    Add lemon juice and mushrooms.
    Reduce heat; cover and simmer 20 minutes or until tender.
    Serve with rice; garnish as desired.
