Hellfire And Damnation Chicken Wings(Not For The Faint Of Heart!) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. chicken wings
1 bulb garlic
3 Tbsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 c. crushed red pepper
3 c. cooked white rice
1/2 c. rice wine vinegar
1 palmful chopped fresh ginger root
1 tsp. cardamon powder
1 Tbsp. sugar
6 c. water
Preparation

Peel garlic and bruise severely.
Chop garlic finely.
Blend with remaining ingredients except chicken and rice, to an odd reddish color.
Add water to taste.
Spread chicken wings in a baking dish and cover with sauce.
Cook at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Serve with prepared white rice.
The vinegar, sugar and rice will help cut the \"heat\" of the wings.
