Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. milk
    1/2 c. rice
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Mix in a 2 1/2-quart casserole dish and bake at 375\u00b0
    for 60 minutes.
    Stir 3 times during baking.
    Add about 1 tablespoon vanilla when cool.
