Buffalo Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 chicken wings
    salt and pepper to taste
    peanut oil
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    5 Tbsp. hot sauce
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Cut chicken wings in half (at joint) and discard wing tips. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Fry wings (6 to 8 at a time) in hot peanut oil (375\u00b0) for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
    Drain well on paper towels.
