Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp. cornmeal
pinch of salt
1/4 c. melted butter or margarine
1/4 c. milk
juice and grated rind of 2 lemons
4 eggs, beaten
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Combine sugar, flour, cornmeal and salt; mix well.
Add butter and milk, mixing well.
Add lemon juice, lemon rind and eggs; beat well.
Broil unbaked pie shell 1 minute.
Remove from oven and pour in filling.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until slightly firm in the center.
