Chicken-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. washed, uncooked rice
    2 cut up chickens or pieces
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 envelope dry onion soup mix
    1/2 c. white Port wine
Preparation
    Spread in baking pan (13 x 9-inch) the washed rice.
    On this, lay the chicken pieces.
    Over this, pour the cream of celery and mushroom soups.
    Spread over this the dry onion soup mix.
    Pour over the top of this the white wine.
    Seal pan tightly with double thickness of aluminum foil.
    Bake for 2 hours at 350\u00b0.
