Swiss Spinach - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    8 oz. Swiss cheese, grated
    2 pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
Preparation
    Saute onion in margarine until golden.
    Add flour and garlic powder; cook at low heat for 1 minute.
    Add milk, salt and pepper; cook at low heat until thickened.
    Add cheese and cook until smooth.
    Add spinach.
    Put in greased casserole.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for about 30 to 45 minutes.
    Serves 4 to 6.
