Sunshine Fizz - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. orange juice, chilled
1 c. pineapple juice, chilled
1 c. orange sherbet
1/2 c. club soda, chilled
orange sherbet
pineapple wedges and maraschino cherries for garnish

Preparation

Combine first 3 ingredients in container of electric blender; process until smooth.
Stir in club soda and pour into soda glasses.
Add a scoop of orange sherbet to each glass and garnish, if desired.
Serve immediately.
Yields 3 servings.
