Rolled-Up Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
    8 pats butter
    4 tsp. tarragon
    flour
    1 egg
    oil or Crisco
    2 cans mushroom soup
    salt and pepper
    bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. water
    1 can sherry
Preparation
    Flatten chicken breasts somewhat (do not pound).
    Salt and pepper and place a pat of butter in them, with 1/2 teaspoon tarragon.
    Roll up the breasts and freeze.
    Dip frozen rolls in flour, then egg with 1 tablespoon water mixed, and again in flour and crumbs mixed together.
    Brown in oil or Crisco.
    Put breasts in baking dish.
    Add to pan mushroom soup and sherry.
    Stir and cook to boil.
    Pour over chicken.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
