Braised Green Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. chopped, cooked bacon (save 1 Tbsp. bacon drippings)
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. water
    1 pkg. frozen green beans
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 lettuce leaf
Preparation
    Place bacon, bacon drippings, butter, water and green beans in skillet.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Cover with lettuce leaf.
    Put lid on skillet and cook on high heat for 1 minute.
    Lower heat.
    Cook until tender, 8 to 10 minutes.
    Remove lettuce leaf and serve.
