No Crust Spinach Sausage Quiche - cooking recipe

1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen turkey sausage, thawed
1 medium size onion, chopped
1/4 tsp. dried oregano leaves
salad oil
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
6 oz. Jarlsberg cheese, shredded (1 1/2 c.)
8 large eggs
1 1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. baking and pancake mix with buttermilk
Preparation

About 1 hour before serving, preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Grease 13 x 9-inch glass baking dish.
Into 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat, crumble turkey sausage.
Add oregano and onion.
Cook, stirring frequently, breaking up sausage with spoon until sausage is well browned and onion tender.
If sausage is dry during cooking, add 1 to 2 teaspoons salad oil.
Remove skillet from heat, stir in spinach and shredded cheese.
