Pineapple Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1/4 c. celery, chopped
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. seasoned salt
Preparation

Combine cheese, pepper, celery, pineapple, onion, 1/2 cup pecans, and salt.
Mix together and chill in bowl in refrigerator. Remove from fridge and form into ball and roll in remaining nuts. Can be used now or freeze.
