Velveeta Chillie Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) box Velveeta cheese
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 small can green chillies, chopped
Preparation
    On a board, place Velveeta between two pieces of waxed paper (cheese needs to be room temperature).
    Using rolling pin, roll cheese into a thin rectangular shape.
    Spread with sour cream; top with green chillies.
    Starting with the wide end, shape and roll, jelly roll fashion.
    Place rolled cheese in foil and chill.
    To serve, place on platter; sprinkle with paprika and garnish with parsley if desired.
    Serve with crackers.
    Serves 30 to 40 people.
