Red Beans 'N Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cans New Orleans Style kidney beans, undrained
    3 stalks celery, sliced
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/4 tsp. cumin
    1 large can stewed tomatoes, mashed up
    8 slices bacon, fried and crumbled (save grease)
    1 lb. beef sausage, fried (or hamburger)
    picante sauce to taste
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 green pepper, chopped
Preparation
    Fry bacon; remove from pan to paper towel.
    In bacon grease, fry onions, green pepper and celery.
    Sprinkle in cayenne pepper and cumin.
    In a separate pan, fry sausage.
    Drain and discard grease.
    Stir in tomatoes and browned veggie mixture, including bacon grease.
    Heat to simmer.
    Stir in bacon and beans.
    Heat to simmer again.
    Add salt, pepper and picante sauce.
    Serve over rice.
