Oven Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. new potatoes, washed and quartered (leave on skins)
    1/3 c. oil
    1 Tbsp. rosemary
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. crushed garlic
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Place potatoes into baking dish.
    In a small bowl, mix remaining ingredients.
    Pour over potatoes and stir until potatoes are coated with mixture.
    Bake, covered, at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until potatoes are soft.
