Carrot Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. carrots, cooked
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Combine cooked carrots and margarine in blender.
    Mix all dry ingredients together.
    Mix together all ingredients, adding the vanilla extract, in blender or food processor.
    Pour into lightly greased 1-quart baking dish.
    Place baking dish in another pan with water to help steam carrots as they bake.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
