Pumpkin, Raisin And Nut Bread - cooking recipe

1 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs, beaten
2/3 c. water
2 c. mashed pumpkin
3 1/3 c. presifted flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. sugar
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Preheat oven
to
350\u00b0.
Grease
and flour 3 loaf pans. Combine oil,
eggs,
water\tand
pumpkin.
Sift
together into mixing bowl,
flour, salt, nutmeg, baking powder, cinnamon and sugar.
Make a
well in the center and add the pumpkin mixture and blend in the dry ingredients until mixture is moist.
Stir in raisins and
nuts.\tTurn in baking pans and bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
