Nancy'S Sourdough Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. potato flakes or buds
    1 c. warm water
Preparation
    You
    should
    mix
    this
    in
    and let it stand out of the refrigerator
    for
    8 to 12 hours, uncovered.
    The mixture will be very
    bubbly
    and if you listen carefully, you can hear it sizzling.
    Take out one cup to make bread and return remaining starter
    to
    refrigerator.
    Keep
    in refrigerator 3 to 5 days, then
    resume
    feeding again.
    If you do not plan to make bread after
    feeding
    the
    starter,
    just share a cup with a friend. They can
    put
    it in the refrigerator for a few hours, feed it and then make their own bread.
