Pork Roast(Veseevio) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    center cut pork roast
    ground salt pork
    olive oil or margarine
    fresh garlic, minced
    rosemary leaves
    salt and pepper
    potatoes, peeled and cut lengthwise
Preparation
    Saute salt pork; add olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary leaves, salt and pepper.
    Cook until well blended.
    Put on roast. Bake at 350\u00b0 until done according to size of roast.
    Remove and add potatoes, which have been cut lengthwise (1 medium potato about 5 cuts).
    Put back into oven and cook about 20 minutes.
    Add some water if necessary.
    Potatoes will turn brown.
