Pineapple Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (16 oz.) cans chunk pineapple, drained
1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. plain flour
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 stack Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick butter
Preparation

Use a 2-quart casserole.
Put drained pineapple in bottom of dish.
Mix flour, sugar and cheese and put on top of pineapple. Then put on Ritz crackers and pour melted butter over crackers. Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Bake 30 minutes.
