Sunflower No Knead Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. milk, scalded
2 Tbsp. honey
1/2 Tbsp. salt
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. yeast
4 1/2 c. flour (whole wheat and white)
1/2 c. sunflower seeds
Preparation

Scald milk and add 1 cup warm water and 2 tablespoons of yeast. Mix in 4 1/2 cups flour, enough to make a gooey dough.
Add sunflower seeds.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
