Cherry Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. flour
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 can evaporated milk
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 cans pitted cherries, drained (reserve juice)
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 tsp. red food coloring
Preparation
    Stir flour and sugar together; add eggs, evaporated milk, juice from cherries and water.
    Melt butter and add; stir in food coloring and vanilla.
    Bring mixture to a boil.
    Remove from stove and fold in cherries.
    Pour into graham cracker crust. Refrigerate overnight and top with whipped cream to serve.
