Honey-Apple Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless pork loin or butterfly chops
    1 1/2 c. apple cider or apple juice
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. honey
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except pork chops; mix well.
    Place pork chops in shallow dish; pour marinade over chops.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight, turning occasionally.
    Remove pork chops from marinade.
    Place on grill approximately 6 inches above medium-hot coals.
    Grill for 10 to 15 minutes, turning once and basting with marinade.
