White Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 egg whites
1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
3 1/2 c. cake flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Beat egg whites until they peak, but are not dry.
Set aside. Cream butter and sugar. Sift dry ingredients together.
Add alternately with milk to the creamed mixture.
Fold in vanilla and egg whites. Pour into 3 greased and floured cake pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
