Broccoli Mushroom Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. broccoli
    5 Tbsp. margarine
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. milk or milk substitute
    1 c. cheese or cheese substitute
    1/2 lb. mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    paprika
Preparation
    Separate broccoli and cook in 1-inch boiling water for 3 to 5 minutes.
    Drain.
    Put in a 9-inch square pan.
    Melt margarine and blend flour, salt and pepper.
    Cook and stir until smooth.
    Remove from heat and stir in milk; add cheese.
    Saute mushrooms in remaining margarine until tender; add to sauce.
    Add peppers and cook 1 minute.
    Pour over broccoli.
    Sprinkle with cheese and paprika.
    Bake for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
