Pecan Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. butter
    2 c. sugar
    6 well beaten eggs
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    4 c. sifted plain flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. yellow raisins
    4 c. pecans
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add well beaten eggs and lemon juice; blend.
    Sift dry ingredients together and combine with raisins and pecans.
    Add to creamed mixture and blend thoroughly.
    Pour in a well-greased and floured tube pan.
    Bake at 275\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
