Polish Sausage Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chunked Polish sausage
    3/4 c. converted rice
    1 can cream of celery soup
    3/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
    1 (12 1/2 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 c. grated Swiss cheese
Preparation
    In a large skillet, combine first 5 ingredients on medium heat and simmer 5 minutes.
    Stir in peas and mushrooms.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until rice is cooked.
