Stir And Roll Pie Pastry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour, sifted
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. cold milk
Preparation
    Mix sifted, measured flour and salt.
    Pour oil and milk into one
    measuring
    cup.
    Do
    not
    stir.
    Add oil and milk at once to flour.
    Stir
    until mixed.\tPress into a smooth ball. Cut in two and flatten
    each
    half
    slightly.\tPlace
    one half between 2 sheets of waxed paper.
    Roll
    out gently to edges of paper.
    Peel off top paper.
    Ease
    and
    fit
    pastry
    into pan. Trim and add filling.
    Roll top\tcrust
    the same way and place over filling. Fold edges under bottom crust.
    Seal with fork, pressing gently. Make slits\tin center.
    Bake as directed for pie.
