Cheddar Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 medium potatoes
2 c. Velveeta cheese, melted
Preparation

Cut potatoes into small chunks.
In a small bowl, combine soup, paprika and pepper.
Grease a 2-quart baking dish; line bottom of dish with potatoes.
Pour cheese over the potatoes, then pour the soup over the cheese.
Cover with foil.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
