Strawberry-Cheese Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry-flavored gelatin
    1 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. sweet red wine or cranberry juice cocktail
    1/4 c. cold water
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/3 c. finely chopped nuts
    2 c. strawberry halves
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 (8 3/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 envelope (1 Tbsp.) unflavored gelatin
    1 (8 oz.) carton strawberry-flavored yogurt (1 c.)
    dash of salt
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
Preparation
    Drain pineapple, reserving syrup.
    Soften gelatin in the pineapple syrup.
    Stir over low heat until gelatin is dissolved. Stir into strawberry-flavored yogurt with dash of salt.
    Add thawed strawberries, including syrup and drained pineapple; mix well.
    Pour into 1-quart mold.
    Chill until set.
    Unmold onto lettuce.
    Garnish with more strawberries.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
