Italian Sausage Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 loaf frozen bread dough
1/2 lb. frozen spinach
1/4 lb. each: Mozzarella and Cheddar cheese
1 egg white, beaten
1/2 lb. Italian sausage
1/4 lb. fresh mushrooms
onions to taste
sesame seed
Preparation

Thaw bread dough.
When risen, punch down and roll out flat. Thaw spinach and cook partially.
Fry sausage and drain well.
On rolled out dough, spread sausage, spinach, onions and mushrooms. Sprinkle with cheeses.
Roll up.
Let rise about 30 minutes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes until crust is browned.
Remove from oven and brush top with beaten egg white.
Sprinkle with sesame seed.
Put back in oven for 5 minutes.
