Texas Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 onions, sliced
    1 large stalk celery, chopped
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1 tsp. chili powder
    pepper
Preparation
    In
    a
    large
    skillet,\tcook
    and stir meat, onions and celery until
    meat is brown and vegetables are tender.
    Drain off
    fat. Stir
    in
    tomatoes,
    rice, chili powder and pepper. Heat
    through. Pour into ungreased 2-quart casserole.
    Cover; bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
