Three Cheese Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 unbaked pie crust
3 to 4 large eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
pinch of pepper and nutmeg
1/2 c. cream
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
4 Tbsp. cream cheese
1/2 c. Swiss cheese
Preparation

Break eggs into 4 cup measuring cup and beat.
Add seasonings (nutmeg is very important).
Add cream to make custard.
Layer cheeses (and any precooked meat or vegetables you desire) in pie crust.
Pour custard over filling.
Dot with butter and bake 30 to 35 minutes at 375\u00b0.
