Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 eggs
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 lb. cherries
1 lb. pineapple
4 c. nuts
1/2 oz. lemon extract
1/2 oz. vanilla extract
Preparation

Cream butter, sugar and eggs.
Sift flour and baking powder together.
Add nuts and fruits to flour and set aside.
Add vanilla and lemon to butter, sugar and egg mixture.
Fold in flour, nuts and fruits.
Bake at 250\u00b0 for 3 hours.
