Cherry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cherry pie filling
    1 tall can pineapple tidbits, drained and diced
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1 large pkg. Cool Whip
    chopped nuts (if desired)
Preparation
    Mix in order given.
    Refrigerate and serve chilled.
