Quick Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked, deboned chicken or turkey
    2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. mixed vegetables
    1 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    2 c. original Bisquick or reduced fat baking mix
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
Preparation
    Mix chicken, soup, vegetables, poultry seasoning and garlic. Put into ungreased 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Stir baking mix and milk until blended; pour over chicken mixture.
    Sprinkle with parsley.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 32 minutes or until crust is lightly golden brown.
    Serves 8 to 10.
