Mushroom And Green Bean Salad(Cold) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. green beans (fresh)
    2 Tbsp. minced shallots
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
    2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    1/4 c. chopped red bell pepper
    1 Tbsp. minced fresh basil
    freshly ground black pepper
    tomato wedges (garnish)
Preparation
    Cut beans into 1 1/2-inch lengths.
    Cover with water and cook on top of stove or add 3 tablespoons water and cook in microwave oven, just until beans are crisp-tender.
    Do not overcook.
    Drain beans.
    Cover with ice water to stop cooking; set aside.
    In small bowl, combine shallots, mayonnaise, lemon juice, oil and mustard; mix well.
