Harvest Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef stew, chunked
    1/3 c. quick cooking tapioca
    1 tsp. basil
    1 Tbsp. cumin seed
    1 tsp. salt
    4 carrots, sliced
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    2 onions, chopped into eighths
    2 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen corn
    8 small potatoes, quartered
    2 small zucchini, sliced thin
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except corn, potatoes and zucchini in greased baking dish with lid.
    Bake for 2 hours and 30 minutes at 325\u00b0; stir occasionally.
    Add corn and potatoes; bake for 1 1/2 hours.
    Stir in zucchini.
    Cover and let stand 10 minutes.
    Makes 8 servings.
