Trout - cooking recipe
Ingredients

fresh, cleaned trout (1 per serving)
flour
corn meal
2 dashes salt
pepper to taste
butter
Preparation
-
Fill a 9-inch bowl 1/4 way full with 1/2 mixture of flour and corn meal.
Add salt and pepper.
Roll trout in flour mixture and fry in a thin layer of butter.
Brown on both sides and serve.
