Chicken Kiev - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless chicken breasts
    12 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. chives
    1 tsp. tarragon
    salt and pepper
    oil
    flour
    2 eggs
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Refrigerate butter, juice, chives, tarragon and salt and pepper mixture for 1 hour.
    Cut breasts in half.
    Put scoop of mixture in center.
    Fasten with toothpick, folding butter in center.
    Roll in water, slightly beaten eggs and flour.
    Roll in bread crumbs. Brown all sides in hot oil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
