Turkey-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) box wild or white rice, uncooked
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. chicken broth
    2 c. cooked, cubed turkey
    1 (4 oz.) small can sliced mushrooms
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine rice, soup and chicken broth in a 2-quart casserole. Cover and cook on High in the microwave for 10 minutes.
    Stir in turkey, mushrooms and salt and pepper.
    Cover and cook on High for 2 to 3 minutes or until rice is cooked.
    Let stand 5 minutes. Great use of leftover turkey!
