Garlic Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Idaho or Russet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch slices or cubes
    2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    salt and pepper to taste
    paprika
    2 spring onions, chopped (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    In a baking pan, place potatoes. Sprinkle with garlic and oil, turning potatoes to coat all sides. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and a liberal coating of paprika. If desired, stir in chopped onions.
    Bake for 30 minutes.
    With spatula, loosen potatoes and turn them over. Bake until tender, 15 to 20 minutes longer.
    Makes 4 servings.
