Clam Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can minced clams
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. flour
    milk
    6 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. bread crumbs or crushed croutons
Preparation
    Drain clams.
    Add milk to clam juice to make 1 1/2 cups.
    Melt butter in medium saucepan; stir in flour.
    Cook until bubbly, stirring constantly.
    Stir in milk mixture.
    Cook until thickens; boil 1 minute more.
    Remove from heat and cool.
    Beat in egg and clams.
