Joyce'S Brunch Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    3 c. cottage cheese
    2 c. Jack cheese, grated
    2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    3/4 to 1 c. crushed Ritz crackers
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
    1 to 1 1/2 c. chopped ham
Preparation
    Save 1/2 cup of each cheese for topping.
    Mix and beat eggs, add cottage cheese, Jack and Cheddar cheese, crackers, chilies and ham.
    Pour into buttered or Pam-sprayed 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes, covered (with foil).
    Then top with mixed remaining cheeses.
    Bake, uncovered, for 10 minutes more.
    Let set 5 minutes before cutting.
    Can be frozen.
    Serve with salsa for those who like it hotter.
