My Great Grandmother'S Plum Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bread crumbs
    1 pt. milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 lb. raisins
    8 egg yolks
    1/4 lb. citron
    1 lb. beef suet
    1 wine glass of brandy
    1/4 lb. mixed fruit
    juice of 1 lemon
Preparation
    Soak together bread crumbs and milk.
    Beat egg yolks until creamy.
    Chop suet fine and salt.
    Cut citron into small pieces. Put all together; steam in tight container or bag for 3 to 4 hours.
