Chicken Rotel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large chicken breast
    1 (8 oz.) box spaghetti
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, softened
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can Ro-Tel diced tomatoes and green chilies, do not drain
    1 onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
Preparation
    Boil chicken breasts and save broth.
    Remove the skin.
    Cook spaghetti in the chicken broth and then drain.
    Chop chicken in bite-size pieces.
    Also chop onion and peppers.
    Combine chopped chicken, onion, pepper with soups and Ro-Tel tomatoes.
    Place in casserole dish.
